Stayed at Acqua for 14 nights in an Exclusive deluxe room. It's located off Soi Honey , which is a great location in the heart of Pattaya. Tree Town, LK Metro and Soi buakhao are just a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the Breakfast, so much to choose from. The staff here excell. So polite, thoughtful and attentive. Always greeting us with a Wai and a lovely Thai smile. The room was kept very clean and the complimentary drinks refreshed daily. There is currently building work going on nearby, but it did not effect our stay. We would happily book this hotel again for our next trip.

I had the pleasure of staying at Acqua Hotel Pattaya, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in Thailand. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and the sense of hospitality only grew stronger throughout my stay. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the beach, shopping centers, and vibrant nightlife. The rooms are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything a traveler could need, from comfortable beds to high-speed Wi-Fi. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view of Pattaya, and it’s a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. What truly sets Acqua Hotel apart, however, is its people. The manager, Bond, is an exceptional professional who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued. His presence is calming, his attitude is always positive, and he handles everything with grace and efficiency. You can really tell that he cares deeply about the guest experience and about maintaining high standards across the hotel. A special thank you as well to May, one of the standout staff members during my stay. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive—always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations or helping with a request at the front desk, her service was top-notch and truly made a difference. In summary, Acqua Hotel Pattaya is a gem. It combines comfort, location, and value with outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya, and I will definitely be returning. Excellent location. Great facilities. Delicious breakfast albeit very expensive. The room is small that's the only negative although the washroom is fairly large in comparison. If the rooms were a little bigger it would have been perfect but the location facilities and breakfast more than make up for it.
