Hotel Family Room: spacious, comfortable, overflowing water drink both hot and cold. Washing machine is available for free. The lobby staff is not friendly, but okay. The cleaning staff is super-friendly and helpful. They help us storage our birthday cake in their staff's fridge. They provide limited luggage storage, which is helpful! :) Oh, there is deposit or extra tax if I'm not mistaken. (I forget the amount, but it's small money i guess..) The location is very strategic. Across Petaling Street Gate. This mall is on the 5th floor, you need to take stairs to reach the first floor then continue with lift to the 5th floor. I stayed 3 nights here and it's worth it! The location is worth the money, you can anytime buy food and shopping ^^

This is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Because of it’s strategically location and the warm hospitality from the staffs. Specially to mentioned, Mr Narayan from the Front Desk. Few things that the management need to take into consideration for improvement which is :- 1. Water pressure from the shower in the room. The pressure is not strong. 2. One room card is kind of inconvenience for us who stayed with friend or families for access. Nowadays most of the hotels are issuing 2 room cards. When asked, they mentioned is their system limitation. 3. Security is not always there at the counter at the lift area infront of the lobby especially after midnight. And the security located below at Ground Floor don’t really bother much who is accessing the building or lift. Sometimes we need to get into the lift with someone looks weird. Oh ya, to add on the housekeeping staffs need to be more friendly by greeting the guests when walk pass. Don’t just be quiet and look as us like one kind. Other than that, this hotel is good as it be in their price range
