staff were welcoming and answered any questions I had. The location is great. Roughly a 10 minute walk to the BTS, 5 minutes to a 7-Eleven, and few restaurants.

I will stay here again. It's in a quiet residential area. I will recommend it to my friends.

The only inconvenience I had at the hotel was there are no power outlets near bed and its the same for the a light switch.

The worst issue is the continuous noise of construction and repairing activities without any sign of stopping. This noise makes customers wake up and not stop for long time without any good solution. Don't know what kind of construction is it.
Better stop that if you really want to sell service.
And there is a female staff with very bad attitudes. Only that girl who should be reviewed by the manager

The rooms are fine and clean. But the floor of the toilet is not levelled properly, so the water will flow out of the shower, AC is cold bed is not the best but ok, else no complaint. The location is not bad as it is nestled in a neighbourhood hence no traffic noise. But because of the location, it's probably a nightmare for some Grab, Bolton or even TukTuk drivers. ALLEY to this property is just insane as it is only fit for 1 way traffic. Imagine if the hotel is fully occupied and in the morning everyone is heading out along with the other people staying around the hotel...its nightmare and you're better off walking. If you ride a motorbike, bicycle or you walk, then it is fine. If you opt to walk, FYI the nearest station is BTS Saint Louis, which is 20 mins to 25 mins away. Maybe there is a shorter route but I doubt it.

The host has never answered my questions, whether before or during the trip. When we arrived we had a wrong address and when I called the hotel the person did not speak English and no one could show me the way! Arriving at the hotel the person handed me his phone with google translation to communicate, did not want to give me a room or find a solution to shower by not apologizing for the false address and just telling me to now write down the news.
The location is ok but impossible to access for taxis and there was work next door so noise

The worst hotel ever. I have booked for 2 nights but put my key card on one night I can't get into my room and you have to pay deposit for the card and they didn't give me money back for the deposit.  The man behind the Counter very unfriendly. I have very bad experience here.
