2 mins walk from MRT next to 24hrs 7/11 next to "modern" hawker centre i got here early after cruise and asked them to keep my luggage. The staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, and the AC could go as low as 15°c, when you close the curtain, the room becomes pitch dark and quiet (it was super nice) the hotel has a pool and jacuzzi (open from 6am-9pm) overall, I will book again 10/10

Had a great stay here for about 4 days. First time in Singapore. Staff are kind, hotel is beautiful and the AC is really strong. The room was very luxurious, bathroom was extremely clean and felt almost brand new. Amenities are amazing, they have everything you need, and things are refreshed daily. Housekeeping staff would say hi and wish me a nice day, which was really sweet. Not much of a view but the room did have a small window which gets you enough daylight. Beds are comfy. Good wifi. Price was not bad for Singapore. 24h 7/11 next door, very convenient. ~15 minute walk to Kampong Glam, Little India, Bras Basah, Orchard Road, National Museum. Plenty to do in those areas, but the Bencoolen street itself seems kind of dead. Getting a Grab was pretty easy. If I wanted to stay in the Bencoolen area again then I would definitely return here.

We had a comfortable and relaxing weekend stay at 30 Bencoolen, and it was truly worth every dollar. The spacious room with a comfy king-size bed and generous shower area made for a perfect retreat. We appreciated the lap pool and gym, which were clean and well-maintained, as well as the laundry machines, which added great convenience. The customer service was top-notch—from check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended for a restful and hassle-free stay in the city!

Great location, close to 3 different stations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is modern & staff is friendly & helpful. Had pleasant stay here. They can improve on their amenities though like vanity kit to have cotton pads, and better tea and coffee options in room.

The front desk staff kindly explained the deposit and allowed early check-in once the room was ready. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the room was also very cozy. However, the water pressure in the showerhead seemed a bit weak. Overall, the stay was still very pleasant. The hotel is close to both the bus stop and the subway station, with convenience stores nearby. It's a place I would choose again for my next visit.
