Cleanliness in the room is good, but there’s a little trouble in the rest room when I defecate and want to clean the water used to clean myself the water comes out very small so I think it needs to be fixed immediately. The bathub is still the old type and there’s no turn to close it so that the waterways can hold the water when I want to soak in the bathub. There’s something unique and I like the most in the room, there’s a google smart device provided to make it easier for me / us when we want to turn on or turn off the lights, or etc. We can just talk in front of the device and it will automatically turn itself on and off. Amazing like a magic. Hehe Service and a friendliness of the staffs, must be get more training especially for the waiters or trainee when someone or a guest asking the place like restaurant or any venue inside the hotels, they must be knowing all areas. If she / he still don’t know and can’t answer the question by the guests. They have to be apologize first and mention will assist them by asking first to others team who knows what our guests needs. For foods (breakfast) some of food taste is not good for the taste, like fried rice and there’s no sausage for omelette only eggs. Hopefully 1O1 Urban Thamrin Services will be better again and makin ramai hotel nya dan bagus occupancy nya bisa mencapai 100%. I was happy when I arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by the security guard, who was very friendly, and during the check-in process, they also made it very easy and provided a lot of information about the facilities at the hotel. I was happy with the cleanliness of the room, it was also okay.

One of the best hotel in jakarta I have been. Everyone gave their best. Wonderful rooms & restaurant. All very good! Thankyou for the good service from Mrs Reva always helpfully ❤️
