100 Queen's Gate, South Kensington, London SW7 5AG, United Kingdom
Excellent Hilton property! Quick access to the tube station, extremely competent staff. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated with warm and luxurious lighting and very well-appointed- finally, a hotel with ample plugs for charging! Great breakfast. The front desk was unbelievably generous with an early check in (7am!!!) after an unforeseen flight change, which saved my entire work week. The area was the perfect mix - close to the tube and walkable to some lovely restaurants, but not too hectic or noisy. Many thanks to the all-star staff who were so accommodating and made my trip so much better than it would have been without them ?
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was upgraded from a cosy atrium double to a superior double on the 6th floor. Americans be advised - the rooms are quite small! Even in a superior room, it was snug. That being said, this is typical in London, and the website was clear about room size, but it’s hard to visualize m^2. Room amenities were lovely, and hotel was well maintained and spotless. Customer service was top notch and the breakfast buffet was exceptional - I saw some poached eggs to order go out, so inquire within! A particular shout out to Elga at the front desk for her impeccable customer service and attentiveness, as well as Sajjad for his courtesy at check out.
Hello, great location! Located in South Kensington which is supposedly the affluent area in London. It is close to many attractions which are walkable. I liked the service. My room was small but it was good for me since I was the only one. If it’s for big family who need more space, look for bigger suites. Antonio was very helpful in assisting with my luggage very promptly.
I loved everything about my stay! From the moment we walked in for check-in, to the above-and-beyond concierge, and all the way up until our day of departure, this hotel made this vacation flow. Really comfortable bed in the room with a decent size shower. The stocked mini bar literally had everything I needed. I appreciate how chilled I was able to get the room for maximum sleeping pleasure by the easy-to-use thermostat. Who doesn’t love a cold hotel room? The on-site gym had everything I needed to complete a full-body workout. I’m talking treadmills, elliptical, weights, bench, resistance bands, stability ball, etc. The downstairs bar crafts amazing cocktails with a great place to unwind and relax. And grab a bite if you’re looking. They offer vegetarian options, which is a huge A+ in my book. Walking distance to museums, restaurants and shops. Not too far from Harrods if you prefer to walk (approx 25-30 mins). Can’t wait for my next trip to London because I already know where I’ll be staying. Big kudos to the friendly, helpful staff at 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel. I def recommend staying here!
Our stay at 100 Queen’s Gate was nothing short of exceptional! We stayed here from Tuesday, May 27th until Friday, May 30th. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, hospitality, and genuine care that truly set the tone for our time in London. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the team. A huge shoutout to Ilga (I hope I got that right!!) at the front desk, who welcomed us so kindly after hearing we had just come from a chaotic day in Liverpool. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering a complimentary drink to help us settle in. Her warmth and professionalism instantly made us feel cared for. Lex was also super kind and friendly at the front desk. Whenever we came and went, they always made sure to greet us with a smile and ask about our trip. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and the room was beautiful; bright, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtfully designed, from the personalized service to the cozy, quiet vibe of the hotel in the middle of the bustling city. The location was perfect: walking distance to several museums, shops, and restaurants. You’re also within short walking distance to 2 different train stations, making traveling around London a breeze! The hotel’s bar and restaurant were both elegant and welcoming. And the bartenders know how to make any amazing cocktail you ask for! Finally, the concierge team was incredible!! We unfortunately, did not grab the gentleman’s name, but he helped us to find fantastic nightlife options when we went to the Sky Garden for dinner on Thursday night. He recommended a river boat cruise to end the night and it was so beautiful! When we checked out the front desk again was lovely and we met Antonio the bellhop who was super friendly and professional. He helped us with our bags and made sure our Uber found us without issue. We’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family, and we’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip to London. (The Sky Garden photos are for Ilga, since we never got to see her afterwards on Friday!! ENJOY the view!)
