Nice decorated affordable hotel with great facilities to work remotely. Good wifi, no problems with zoom-calls. There’s an office-like airconditioned studio with desks&chairs and a coffee machine. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. Located close to the city center of Jeju, so you’ll find many restaurants and bars by walking distance. We were able to park the rental car right outside of the hotel. The car park isn’t very big, but big enough for low season traveling. A couple of things that could be improved. Staff is nice and helpful. However, they speak limited English and gave up very quick when a question about the wifi was asked. There are no breakfast options at the hotel. You’ll be able to get a cup of coffee, which was nice. There was a certain smell in our room that I didn’t like. Not sewage smell; more like a bad morning breath smell. The rest of the hotel smelt very sweet and flowery, so coming from the hall to the room was a bit weird.

The receptionist is very friendly and helped us to call taxi when we requested. Kudos to the receptionist on 24 Nov 2023. The room is clean and the shampoos smell great! Complimentary water bottles too.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Despite they arent good at speaking English, they try their best to google translate it. Not much amenities serving in the hotel but basic ones. Spacious and comfy bedrooms.

For those planning to drive in Jeju during your vacation, please be aware that there aren’t that many hotels that provide free parking and of those that do, many have very few lots. Alice and Trunk has a decent number of parking lots across the property. It is controlled via license plate recognition so there is no messy tickets or chips to handle. Location is also great, walking distance from duty free shopping and lots of food choices nearby. The service level is good, with many of the staff speaking English. Room itself is a little smaller than what I am used to but adequate. The decor is so retro with lots of leather furniture. Unique. Love it and definitely choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Jeju.
