location is good, however the service was awful, first you aren’t allowed to check in until 3.30 which is insane, then the luggage storage was right in the reception at the main front doors, just a little built open cabinet, for anyone to walk in during the day and steal whatever they want, as you don’t need a keycard or code for the door until after 10. we politely asked the lady at reception, who was useless, if she would keep a small bag with just our passports and work laptop behind the desk for safety, she refused to do so and told us it had to be left out or taken with us. Lots of noise all throughout the nights from other rooms, people checking out etc, didn’t get one good nights sleep, then drilling starts at 9am which is perfect because who wants to sleep hey, right next to our room, non stop for hours. absolutely ridiculous ??not a care i’m the world to was given, rude and unacceptable from staff. oh and no elevator so just hope you aren’t on the second floor upwards, not practical for elderly, disabled or anyone really as we are a young couple in our late 20s and had to carry all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs

The staff were very helpful, and the location was convenient, being close to a train station.

However, there were significant issues. There was no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage, and the stairs were very steep and a bit dangerous to go up and down.

The room was extremely small, and when the window opened, it faced the wall of the next building just a meter away, with a noisy air conditioner.

The bathroom was poorly designed, with no separation between the shower and toilet, causing the entire area to get wet after a shower. The door was moldy, and there was no fridge or hangers for clothes or towels.

A large gap under the door allowed light to come in all night, and the soundproofing was poor, making it easy to hear noise from the corridor. Overall, I would not go back.

1.Poor air quality; the room had a strange odor and was very humid.

2.Poor sound insulation; I frequently heard noises from outside the door and the adjacent rooms.

3.The bathroom layout does not separate wet and dry areas, and there was water leakage in the room where I stayed.
