I am not disappointed at all with this accomodation. It was located quite strategic, but in an old building. I was surprised because the room and toilet were so clean and well maintained.  Room is small, but enough for 1 traveller like me. Adding, the staff allowed me to drop baggage before check in and out, the staff was also helpful and responsive.

- Très bien situé à 2 minutes à pied du métro.
- Wifi et clim performants.
- Réfrigérateur et four micro-ondes à disposition.
- Possibilité de demander un enregistrement autonome en cas d’arrivée tardive.

Les moins :
- Chambre minuscule (mais fonctionnelle).
- Un peu bruyant.
- Douche très étroite.
- La couette pas assez large pour deux personnes.
- Matelas inconfortable.
- Manque de propreté.
- Accueil impersonnel.
- Vieille clim bruyante dans certaines chambres.
- L’ensemble fait « rafistolé » et mériterait une rénovation.

The +:
- Very well located 2 minutes walk from the metro.
- High-performance WiFi and air conditioning.
- Refrigerator and microwave available.
- Possibility of requesting self-check-in in case of late arrival.

Cons:
- Tiny (but functional) room.
- A little noisy.
- Very narrow shower.
- The duvet is not large enough for two people.
- Uncomfortable mattress.
- Lack of cleanliness.
- Impersonal welcome.
- Old, noisy air conditioning in some rooms.
- The whole thing is “patched up” and deserves a renovation.
