Terrible way of treating residents (not all of them to be honest!)
I asked to continue my booking, one not caring said “do it on booking!” As if they should not be serving us.
Another thing is waiting the bus for hours!???? And their name promises a bus! Missed prayers multiple times and couldn’t get back to the hotel multiple times.

Never recommend it.
And yes I will use booking for another hotel maybe….

Oh btw, it is terrible and misleading to have a luxurious reception while the rooms are trash!

Don't waste your money and also ruin your experience.
Room are not soundproof and location is super noisy 24/7... honking and all.

Bathrooms are terrible, with no screens so you will really think twice taking a shower and flooding the whole thing and then wiping the water into the drains and live with damp smell.

Little too far from the Haram and no restaurants nearby.

They have free bus service which is more like every 45 minutes or so. They promised business service every 30 minutes but that is a lie. You will be taking a taxi most of the time or simply waste hours each day in the bus waiting to leave.
The worst part is that the bus drops you by the Ghazza gate side, which then is like one or half kilometers of walking depending on the construction roundabouts.
Overall, you will wasting your time and spend additional money by staying here.

They provide the shuttle service but shuttle service drops you at Jati Umera stop. It doesn’t take you to Al Haram. It takes 45 to 2 hours to travel one side because you have to wait for the bus in between the transfer. So if you are going with your parents or old people with you i will not recommend.
