شقق جميلة نظيفة ومرتبة بداية من الاستقبال يفتح لك الكراج توقف في المواقف الداخلية صحيح انها صغيرة ولكن ممتازة تحفظ سيارتك وتكون في ضل وفي لفت والغرف على حسب طلبك سرير او ٢ او ٣ والي استاجرتها ماشاءالله تبارك الله نظيفة وكما يتوفر عندهم ثلاجة في الغرفة ودولاب للملابس وتسريحة وكمودينه واذا كنت جاي مثلي بدون البوكنك يفضل ان يكون عندك كاش للدفع او تحويل على الحساب البنكي وراح يوفرون مستقبلا اس تي سي بي وربي يعطيكم العافية يا اخ توفيق والعمال الي معك شكرا جزيلا

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tawfeeq Hotel in Mekkah during my umrah visit and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the owner Tawfeeq & his staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and attentiveness. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, complete with living room space. The suite itself was immaculate, featuring contemporary decor, simple furnishings, and a spacious layout. It had 3 single beds which i combined for an extra large king bed & it was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights. The AC unit in both the bedroom as well as in the living room provided a great cool temperature , creating a cheerful ambiance. The hotel is a budget hotel no amenities or restaurant on site,, however the owner was very generous by providing me coffee/ tea tray in my room that was replenished throughout my stay . Dining options within the area were also impressive.. there was many shops / foods & a mall within walking distance to property. What truly stood out to me was the level of service. . Hotel owner Tawfeeq went the extra mile to make my stay as smooth as possible. Staff I encountered was eager to assist , Naser & Abdullah were always around for any requests & they truly are the gems of the property ,. It was clear that guest satisfaction was their top priority. The location was ideal, situated within walking distance of the bus that takes you to haram, shopping districts, and charming cafes. This made it easy to explore without the hassle of transportation. In summary, my stay at Tawfeeq Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.exceptional service, and convenient location, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

انا من رواد هذا الفندق (فندق التوفيق )وهو حقيقه فندق استثنائي بكل ما تعنيه الكلمه السعر النظافه الراحه الهدوء ..الروائح العطره في ارجاء الفندق ..صوت القرآن والسكينه 24ساعه في البهو وجلساته .. ايضآ الموظفين الإهتمام بإحتياجات الزائر وتفاصيلها من اولوياتهم وهم يستحقون اكثر من خمس نجوم.شكرآ لإدارة الفندق المتميزه الأخ توفيق والأخ محمد والموظفين الرائعين ناصر وعبدالله أسأل الله لهم التوفيق وأن ويرزقهم من الاسم نصيب..لأنهم يستحقون

موقع ممتاز وجميل و الغرف نضيفه و يهتمون ب أراء العملاء و الخدمه جميله جداً و المدير متعاون جداً و متفهم و الفندق هادئ و ٢٤ ساعه ريحة ورود مو زي الفنادق الباقيه ريحة دجاج وًمدري وش و حتى الفندق مرتب و أقدّر تعب المدير على هذا العمل الإحترافي و لنا زياره أُخرى بأذن الله ?
