Here’s How You Can Catch The Northern Lights Without Even Leaving Malaysia

For most of us, catching the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) in Norway is a wanderlust adventure we wish to tick off our bucket list. The art installation project, Between The City & Stars by Lightbox makes your dreams come true - well almost! ? Malaysia's first and largest light art exhibition in Sungai Buloh, Selangor will wow visitors with the spectacular display of lights!

There's various events you can expect to see at the festival. Here's your chance to marvel at the make-believe Northern Lights in the Aurora Borealis segment without paying for a flight ticket! Or, if you're a true homebody, let's see if you can locate ALL the places in the KL map during the City Gazing programme ?

Engaging, fun and bright are the ideas behind this festival. Look out for the distinctive artworks sprawled on floor bricks in the Bricklane portion and be careful not to step on them ? Or, take an idyllic stroll into the fantasy world as part of the Dreamscape programme.

From now until January 1st 2018, your nights will continuously be lighted thanks to the amazing light installations on display. The tickets are sold on weekly basis, and visitors are welcome to enjoy the light fiesta as many times as they want (if they purchase the tickets online!).
