It’s been 2 decades since the first film was released in the cinema but the craze is still alive and close to our hearts. And with the recent opening of a Harry Potter-themed cafe in Hongdae, we have more reasons to profess our love for the Wizarding World.

King's Cross 9 3/4 is the latest addition to the many Harry Potter-themed cafes around the world. Located in the heart of Hongdae, the storefront is reminiscent of the common British architecture with its typical half-timbered walls in beige. The entire facade is enough to lure you in ?

Step into the premise and you’ll instantly feel the Leaky Cauldron vibes with small chandeliers lighting up the cafe and wooden furniture gracing every corner of the room ❤️

Our favourite highlight of the cafe - the stacks of wand boxes on the wall welcoming you at the entrance. Almost feels like you’re in Ollivanders looking for your very first wand ? While we can’t determine whether the food is Muslim-friendly, you can always stop by for a cup of coffee or the board games.

But if you’re not a coffee (or tea) person, you’ll enjoy the photo opportunities around the premise! For any Potterhead, the disappearing trolly is the best part of this cafe. Snap a photo and go crazy with your poses - like this one! ? You can even use the props like the scarves and make yourself feel like a true wizard.
