This restaurant provides a unique experience of vegetarian cuisine. We ordered the 8 course dinner and each one of them has an interesting take. My personal favorite is the Chinese bun with olive vegetable sauce which requires a hands-on approach to taste it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and it's in a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this place if you are a vegetarian or interested in trying out the Chinese vegetarian cuisine.

Can you get a vegetarian tasting menu in Hong Kong? There are not too many but Yuan is an exception. We thoroughly enjoyed the 8-course menu with creative food very nicely plated, wine and a complementary glass of sparkling Yuzu Genmaicha. I especially liked the red sour soup and the mushroom split pea. The service was extremely friendly, informative and attentive, the location very central, and the room quiet and inviting. Highly recommended for vegetarians!!

Surprised it hasn’t made it to the Michelin list. Deliciously memorable! The best vegetarian restaurant I’ve been. Creative use of quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Service is professional and attentative. Highly recommend.

Food was good overall but I got 2 courses has some hard fiber that can't chew, as a fine dining restaurant this part should not happen. The service was great and I love atmosphere of the restaurant. I ordered 12 courses testing menu not full but enough for one meal , recommend for vegetarians who looking for fine dining:-)
