Wow, what an amazing place!! I can't believe it's so cheap! The food is amazing, especially the creme brulee, it might be the best I've ever had. The ambience and decoration inside is beautiful and so relaxing, and the staff are very kind, especially the cat ?. I wish I lived closer, but I will come every time I'm in Taipei!! (I might have to try out the hair salon here too :o)
Great food! Was so satisfied. The fried bean curd tasted delicious and the vegan egg was scarily good. Definitely try the creme brule! Would definitely come back if we return to Taipei.
Had breakfast pancake and the cinnamon role. Both were delicious. The lemon water was perfect. Highly recommend to stop in for some great vegan food. Super cut cat! Makes the visit worth it by itself!
Lovely spot for delicious lunch. Kind and helpful staff, assisting in making choices for what to eat. We shared a breakfast wrap then had a fried vermicelli dish and a hashbrowns panini with two teas. Thoroughly enjoyed everything! Beware they accept cash only.
After trying bland vegan food at several other places, I wasn't sure what to expect here, but Vegan Resort turned out to be a sweet surprise. I enjoyed their veganized version of Taiwanese pancakes, which come in three different flavors, and their vegan omelette, which was impressively done. However, coming from a Middle Eastern background, I personally prefer food with more spices and herbs, but overall the flavours were satisfying. I also tried a cinnamon roll (without cream, for takeaway), it wasn’t bad, but honestly a bit “meh.” However, their crème brûlée was something else, it was so good I actually questioned whether it was really vegan! A small heads-up: the restaurant also shares its space with a barber shop. It didn't bother me, but it might feel a little inconvenient for some people, especially if you're a bit germaphobic. Also, they only accept cash or Line Pay. Overall, I recommend it if you're looking for good vegan options in Taipei!
