This is a vegetarian restaurant. I caught up with a friend over a delicious hotpot. Nice place to have a quick meal in wintertime. A popular restaurant for the locals. Hotpot & dishes are reasonable priced, and it is hot from the beginning to your last bite as there is a candle burner underneath. I 'd come back again!!! ?
Incredible value at this eatery! There are plenty of choices between cooked dishes, bento boxes, and fried stuff, but most people come here for the hot pot. For less than 200NT you get personal hotpot chock full of yummy vegetarian ingredients and one carb (rice or noodle). Several soup bases to choose from, including mala, tomato, milk, tomyum, and Sichuan sour vegetable. You can also order extra ingredients to add to your hotpot or some fried stuff to enjoy as side dishes. A very satisfying meal. Note: At peak times, they only allow you to sit for an hour. The menu is entirely in Chinese and the servers have limited English, bring your translation app!
Vegetarian eatery selling various types of individual precooked hotpots, with add on such as rice, noodles available. Has a sizable menu of deep fried/grilled side dishes. Bento sets also available. 香浓牛奶锅 - Milk based broth that has a very strong taste of fresh milk. Took a bit to get used to it but grew on as the meal progressed. 姜母猴头菇 - Additional slices of hericium mushrooms added to a soup base that has lots of ginger and sesame oil.
