The tenders were extremely small, to the point that I had thought they have given my boneless wings instead. It was much smaller than what the pictures depicted. Not worth it and it was quite pricey as well. They were also out of the small fountain cups.

Seriously they need to look at the operations side of things. Very very slow service. Saw baskets of fried chicken in fryer but all not mixed and served which explains why the chicken pieces are not hot when customers finally receive them.

If you want to eat this during a meal time, be prepared to wait for more than 1 hour… made two orders, both took more than 1h. The second order hasn’t even been called at 13:06 when review is made. More than half the restaurant having  customers waiting for their food and food delivery guys are all crowding the collection counter for customers’ orders. Really ridiculous.

Very slow service. When you wait 45mins, you at least expect the chicken to be hot. Only fries and mushroom were lukewarm at best. Ate at simei branch, service were much faster. Maybe can learn from them.

1st time I try Wingstop, definitely no more next time. There's like only 5 table occupied, the order took 40 minutes to serve. That's a very SLOW fast food! There's just that few items on the menu and it's taking that long time.

You need to relook if you have the right person planning your operational process.
By the way, most of the 1 set went into the bin. It's not even warm... After 40 mins.
The only reason the service gets 2 stars is because the employees are trying their best here, I not sure what's wrong but the output is just very low.
