Wynn Macau, R. Cidade de Sintra, Macao
Located inside Wynn Hotel. The entrance was at an extreme end of the hotel. This restaurant was classified as Michelin 2 stars restaurant. Service was good and the decoration of the restaurant was extremely beautiful. The tea master was knowledgable on the various type of tea and the manager was friendly and very helpful. The tea selected were quite unique and special. The food was great, the meat (goose and roasted pork) was delicious. Had a wonderful meal there. Everything was simply perfect. Special thanks to the manager Ms C. Would definitely be there again soon. Strongly recommended.
Came here for dim sum but sadly it’s only available in lunch. Staffs service were impeccable shoutout to fennie as well and all the staffs there. The egg tart is definitely one of our highlights, the eefu noodles were alright and soup of the day was hearty. I enjoyed the Mala from the trotters and I here were quite a fair amount of sweet treats provided n the teas were vast with free tea too as a souvenir for us
This place is a gem, 100% worth visiting. I am most impressed with the service at Wing Lei, it is above and beyond expectations. I have visited twice within last month, the photos included in this review is combined from both visits. Food quality is one of the best I’ve tried with a few minor improvements needed for a couple of dishes. They make slight tweaks to dishes and add new dishes every month or so, they had new items and changed the presentation of a dish we had before. Even as a regular customer you will never be bored with the selections. Highly recommended dishes: * Deep-fried glutinous dumplings * Steamed crab meat dumplings * Barbecued Iberico pork with maple syrup * Baked crispy organic egg tarts * Baked puffs with apple paste Dishes needing improvement: * Steamed glutinous rice (too little filling, too much rice) * Wok-fried jumbo scallop with bamboo shoot, ginger and spring onion (the scallops were cut at an angle making one side thicker the other side thin and this causes uneven heating to one slice of scallops). * Baked puffs with apple paste (1st visit it was cooked perfectly, 2nd visit the puff pastry was a little oily and less crispy, I suspect it was not allowed to cool down properly before serving and caused this issue. Same for the egg tart on 2nd visit, in fact the egg tart was so hot I nearly burnt my mouth. Both these dishes just needed to cool down a little longer before serving.)
Great place for authentic Chinese food. The tea chicken is one of the best dishes I’ve had in my life. They also give you a free amuse bouche, some delicious nuts, and a dessert. Highly recommend.
There are hit and misses on the food. Best bet are those signature dishes. Their baked pork bun and tea leaves chicken are to die for. Service is great. The staff will be gladly explain everything to you. And the price is very reasonable for a 2 star Michelin and quality of food.
