I had the Nasi Padang Ayam Bakar vegetarian platter, and it was absolutely amazing. Every bite was a burst of dynamic flavors—spicy, savory, slightly sweet, and perfectly pungent. The soups, the vegetables, everything had a full spectrum of taste, and each item on the plate was made fresh, from the rice to the soya chunks to the soup.
