Mind-blowing umami flavour. The simple miso soup is so creamy and delicious that I regret not being able to order it twice. This restaurant is a gem! The ramen is prepared right in front of you by a lovely family. Best ramen I ever had. And it's also vegetarian !!

The highlight of our stop in Hanoi, the food is to die for especially if you are looking for great tase, good portions, quality ingredients, and heathy probiotics that are a bit harder to find in Vietnam. I’m not vegetarian and if I would have stayed longer I would have came back every day. The staff are very nice and take immense care in the preparation of the food so come to take your time it’s not fast food. They are also very shy and polite as you would expect from Japanese / Vietnamese staff so come with that expectation and you will have a great time !

Having had vegetarian ramen in London, Warsaw and Barcelona; I can honestly say this is far superior in every way. Huge selection of bases and toppings. Highly recommend the spicy dan dan. Home made cashew ice cream is wonderfully done for dessert. Don't think about it. Do yourself a favour and visit

We had a wonderful dinner there. I tried already a few authentic ramen in tokyo and I have to admit that this ramen in hanoi was one of the best I ever had. My girlfriend has celiacs disease and can’t eat gluten and they had an extra option on the menu which was celiac friendly. They made sure that cross contamination was no issue and took good care. We are really happy to found this place and would always recommend it.

The best ramen I've ever had ??? Lovely, cosy spot for dinner. It was nice to sit up at the higher table overlooking the team cook our meal with such care and attention ? The broth was so flavourful! Highly recommend this spot if you want your ramen fix.
