The lunch buffet started at 12:30pm and usually ends at 2:30pm. We didn’t get there till 1:45 and the front of house was very assuring that there is still food being served and replenished. No fault of the team at Urban kitchen but we had to rush to get food for what we thought we had of 45 mins. The front of house ‘Anita’ approached me while I was doing my rounds of food hunting to be told they are extending the buffet for us. How lovely! A gentleman called Francis came to the table and introduced which section was what for better navigation. The selection isn’t that extensive but more than enough to fill my family. I left feeling appreciated and satisfied with the experience at Urban Kitchen. Well done to the team and thanks for the catering staff for extending our time. The wagyu beef chuck was delicious. Will come again

When many hotel don't provide oyster anymore, JW still serve it, and so fresh! They also have Indian style curry, bread and rice, taste is absolutely good. Seafood is okay, dessert offers around 30 choices with soft ice cream too. Drink also included. In conclusion, price worth value of food.

very impressed by the wide variety of food available and the impeccable service. my faves were the thai pork, sambal chicken, osmanthus jelly, and salmon sashimi. they also have allergen info which is nice. the only funny downside is that 1 night we arrived 17mins before closing (google closing time said 10pm (confirmed 2wks ago lol) but they actually close at 930pm) and we asked the server if this was ok -- they said yes, but we thought to ourselves theres no way we can rush a buffet in 17mins and it's funny that they have the gall to smile and say yes you can totally enjoy our buffet with that little time... also lowkey funny that they come with the payment machine while youre halfway through your food... but i did like how they always went out of their way to try and help you carry food and refreshed our drinks constantly. i recommend coming in earlier as there was no time limit. overall, worthwhile buffet to try. cost is worth it if you eat a lot of seafood (their lobster was a bit bland but oysters were reasonably fresh) or want to try a lot of foods.

Last CNY day in Macau….wanna have a free choice lunch, ok Urban Kitchen! Not bad lunch buffet??‍♂️ provided variety of international cuisines… I picked free flow package, Aman & Roman enlighten an ordinary lunch to higher level?? Food were ok, nothing specular, Aman & Roman serviced us like VIP, Happy CNY?? Above average buffet, people seemed to enjoy with stacked dishes, we sample bit & pieces of evan dish…. not bad, hotel level standard, but the service made up the difference?? Happy New Year, wish you prosperous!

Thank you for this special meal. Today my friends and I went to celebrate my friend's birthday. Thank you for the delicious cake and meal and the service of the staff. Deserved 5 star service luxury in Macau.
