Popular chain from Americas. They serve solid Arabica beans coffee. There is much variety to choose from even maple favoured latte. There are sandwiches or bagels to choose for savory. Donuts or cakes for sweet. Cafe has a nice layout perhaps for capacity of about 20 tables. Self service collect or return tray.

After a long day of shopping on christmas day, we decided to stop by Tim Hortons for dessert. We had hot chocolate and donuts, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and constantly smiling, even though we arrived late and it was close to closing time. As we were about to leave, a young Malay staff member surprised us with a complimentary box of donuts. Truly excellent service overall.

Today (24 January 2026) I finally "did it" and I am kicking myself for not having done so much earlier. I am referring to the fact that I only became a Tim Hortons member today at the suggestion of one of the staff members at this Tim Hortons outlet in Vivocity - something that wasn't proposed to me earlier at the other Tim Hortons outlets in Singapore; namely the ones at City Square Mall, Plaza Singapura and Suntec City. Anyway, better late than never, I guess, and as a big fan of Tim Hortons, I am sure it's not too late. Today, at this Vivocity outlet, I ordered a Medium Iced Victoria Latte Skimmed Milk (for the first time) and a The Original Glaze Donut. Last week at Plaza Singapura, I tried the Montreal Latte and I must say that I preferred this, although I shouldn't be surprised with the at times "bready" texture of the Victoria Latte since it has some tiramisu therein. That said, the Victoria Latte might appeal to others as taste is always subjective. As for the Donut, I enjoyed its rather simple make-up. Service at this outlet in Vivocity was very very good - super friendly and helpful. The dining ambience here was very nice and in air-conditioned comfort. By the way, as I left this outlet, I also took away a Lemon Muffin and a Double Chocolate Muffin. UPDATE OF 25 JANUARY 2026 I had my "overnight" Lemon Muffin after warming it up. It was (still) very yummy in terms of taste and texture.

Tim Hortons is popular all around Canada, so it was cool to see this in Singapore. I mainly had some Matcha Donut here, and it was interesting, but mostly okay. It looked cool got pictures, though it was a bit old/dry. But it still tastes decent enough. To be honest, that's pretty on-par with my experience with Tim Hortons in Canada. You can experience get other Tim Hortons classics here, like Timbits and coffee. They're also decent, but you can likely get better coffee elsewhere in town (Singapore has several Kopi places, if you want something that's more local). Still, this is a neat thing to check out of you are a fan of Tim Hortons, or if you're a local wanting to see what the famed Canadian franchise is like.
