The soups are all delicious and so are the sandwiches. It's actually very hard to pick between them. I have the pumpkin soup slightly more often that the others. Same goes for the tuna sandwiches. The hibiscus tea is great! I basically have this for lunch every day. But I get it delivered from another soup spoon in Alexandra. This place actually has a few extra options like clam chowder. So sometimes I come here after work to get that. As you can see in the picture.

My second visit to this outlet. Ordered salad set. Food was delicious and portion was good. Disappointed that the Tokyo Chicken Stew soup was a little oily this time, but it came hot. Else, service was good, staff was friendly. Late afternoon on a weekday, there’s no crowd. Quiet and soft piped in guitar instrumental music…nice ??

Love the ham and cheese sandwich. Taste savoury and delicious. The soup also have real chunk of mushroom but needs more salt. Overall, great experience

My first visit to this outlet but it was a nicer first experience than I had at Woodleigh mall outlet. Although I had minimal contact with the service crew, their service is still better so I think this outlet deserves a good review! The menu offerings also had more variety compared to the outlet at NUS Central Forum and at least they served the soft bread here and not the crispy & hard "biscuit" version at NUS outlet, which is not friendly for teeth. Came in the evening around 6+ for dinner and was not crowded. More people came nearing 7pm, but the overall ambience was still nice and warm. I was alone but I don't feel that. Instead I enjoyed seeing how other diners were having a good time chatting and having dinner within their own company. The air-con temperature was also just nice, unlike other outlets where the air-con temperature is iceberg cold.

Food was good, gets a bit noisy during lunch crowd with long queues and insufficient seating. Shop ran out of the takeaway soup I wanted to get but staff kindly informed me about it and let me choose another soup as replacement. Thank you:)
