We went here only once, during our quest to try all 100% vegan spots in Christchurch, but definitely not because of the food or coffee quality. In fact, the breakfast we had, (Pancakes and Big Brekky) was absolutely delicious. The coffee was flawless, too! I wish we would have had more time to try the asian dishes, as well. Next time!:)

Such a beautiful, tidy, and neat vegan coffee shop. Silky smooth coffee and delicious cinnamon scroll! Very calm and relaxing vibe.

Seriously can’t recommend The Origin enough, it’s truly exceptional. These were some of the best vegan breakfast dishes we’ve ever tried. The presentation of the food was better than most restaurants, the taste was amazing and portion sizes were ? I wish I could give the service 10 stars. Very professional and polite. Every other cafe could learn a thing or two from The Origin. The space itself is modern, bright and clean atmosphere. Perfect for a Sunday brunch or a coffee. Will 100% be back when visiting Christchurch ?
