Came here for dinner one day, am a big fan of MasterChef Singapore series. So was really excited here. Tbh, I really enjoy the service and interaction! Very down to earth etc. but in terms of elevating Malay cuisine, I think it's a very good work done for something of a high hurdle. Favourite was defo the rice, simple and easy take, I can eat a lot of it. Thought the white fish was a bit under.

Standout dishes included the Sotong Masak Hitam, Paceri Kerang, and Assam Pedas, each expertly crafted with vibrant colors and tantalizing aromas. The service was very warm and personal, with Chef Ilya's passion for the cuisine shining through in every interaction. We celebrated our 35 years of friendship at Sudu, and the private dining experience made it truly unforgettable.
