We had the pleasure of having the buffet breakfast this morning. We were welcomed by Gerard who was an expat Australian, he offered us incredible service and made us feel very welcome. The food was beautifully done, such a variety of choices and everything fresh and so tasty. Thanks Gerard for making us feel so welcome, exceptional service like yours is rare these day. Can’t wait to return.

We went to the dinner buffet. The portions of food were small and I felt that 6000 yen per person was a bit expensive, but the food was authentic Thai and very tasty.

Nice lunch buffet with many options, including Thai, Japanese and American food. The Thai food was pretty good. We especially like the Thai tea wasn't too sweet when we requested it that way. With that said, the price doesn't justify it all the way.

I attended the Christmas Eve lunch buffet on December 24th and would like to share my experience. The hotel is beautiful, with an excellent and convenient location in the heart of Osaka, ideal for those visiting the city for sightseeing. Additionally, the parking lot next to the hotel, although not owned by the hotel, is very convenient for guests. What truly created a wonderful atmosphere at the venue was the performance by the gospel singers, who were outstanding and added a special touch to the event. Their performance was definitely the highlight of the experience and made all the difference in the ambiance. On the other hand, the food quality left much to be desired, especially considering we’re in Osaka, a city famous for its exceptional cuisine. Compared to other 5-star hotels, like Conrad and Intercontinental, the buffet didn’t reach the same level of excellence. The dessert buffet was reasonably good, being the most interesting part, especially for children. Overall, the hotel has great potential to offer a complete experience with its pleasant atmosphere, convenient location, and special events like the gospel performance, which was truly memorable. I hope they can improve the food offerings in the future.
