Very disappointed with the service here. Came on Thursday around 5:30pm to try their dessert. I picked up a green sago with mango jelly and placed it on the counter to pay. A young female staff saw me but walked away without saying anything. Later, another customer came — she quickly served him instead. A male staff came and talked with the lady in their own language and later came and served me.

This is not my first bad experience with this same lady — I met her before when I bought pork on rice with egg, and she showed the same rude attitude. No greeting, no eye contact, acted like she didn’t see me.

If she’s the owner, please stay at the back — front-line service requires basic respect and professionalism. If she’s a staff member, management really needs to address this. Such rude, arrogant behaviour drives customers away. Very poor service attitude — not acceptable in a customer-facing role. All your food is delicious anyway.

Staff are rude! Made me feel uncomfortable. Talked in their own language and then looked at me and laughed. The only reason I went there is because they have nice vegan options. Will not be returning. Disappointing.

Very very kind people working here, good service! I paid $14 for a very average chicken ban mhi. Lacking quite a lot of flavour and bread was quite hard. The coriander was kept with its stems so made for difficult eating.
