식당에 가는 것을 좋아해서 세계의 수 많은 식당들을 갔었는데 수킹타코바는 그 중에 아름답기로 탑 티어이다. 여기를 봐도 저기를 봐도 너무너무 예뻐서 일행과 점점 말이 없어진다. 이태원 타코계의 삼대장이라 할 수 있었던 전설의 시릴로에서 멕시칸을 시작한 수킹 셰프는 그 흔한 핫소스까지 자기 손으로 직접 만들어 내놓는데, 유통기한이 무한대인 공장제 소스를 뿌려 먹는 것과는 차원이 다른 맛의 세계를 보여준다. 셰프님 혼자 주문 받고 요리하고 서빙까지 다 하느라 시간은 좀 걸릴 수 있으나 술 한잔 하면서 창밖 구경하고 식당 주변을 살살 거닐고 하면서 여유를 느껴 보시길. 인스타 통해서 나흘 전에 예약하고 방문했고, 식당이 작아서 서너팀 만으로도 꽉 차버리기 때문에 반드시 예약 하는 것을 추천.

We had a wonderful evening at Sooking. The pin on google was at the incorrect location (wrong side of Four Graces Hotel) but we found it on a Korean app. The interior is small, but tastefully decorated. The owner greeted us warmly and tended to all the customers while cooking all evening. She spoke excellent English, which allowed us to ask about the dishes, wine etc. Food was of a high quality with authentic flavours. My margarita was so big I needed to lift it with two hands. A great playlist added to the atmosphere.

음식 세가지 먹었는데 다 넘 맛나고 사장님 매우 친절하세요 타코랑 퀘사디아 둘다 새우로 먹었는데 새우 겁나 탱탱하고 많이 들어있어요 분위기도 그렇고 음식점보단 바 느낌이네용. 가격이 저렴한 편은 아닌듯합니당

Wonderful small taqueria, fully hosted by the wonderful owner. Lots of great vegetarian options, fresh and full of flavour. Good wine list too. Definitely recommended!

서귀포 성산의 작은 타코바. 와인 종류가 꽤 많고, 음식은 간결하게 맛있다. 창가 자리에 앉아 보는 바다 뷰도 좋았다. 사장님도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 편안했다.
