What a beautiful forest. The paths are flat and easy to walk, with one small part that is considered not accessible. The 800+ year old Nutmeg Tree is a highlight. Lots of different flora and fauna to admire. If it's raining lightly, you still don't get wet because of the tree canopy. A definite visit for those that love to recharge in quiet nature.

A very nice forest trail to immerse into a serene environment. Spent about an hour taking a nice slow stroll to appreciate deep tranquility that the forest offers. The trail is easy and well maintained, and fairly flat where the aged could also manage. If you a looking to slow down the hourglass and come to a standstill with nature, do pop by ?

Such a beautiful place. The trail is roughly a little over 1.5 miles long or about 2.5 km. I was able to complete it in roughly 40 minutes. It smells so nice throughout the whole trail. At the end of the trail are two trees that appear really old and just stunning. The trail will loop back around after the trees, and is very easy to hike and navigate throughout. You can wear sandals and non-hiking attire on this trail and be ok. Definitely worth visiting if you're able to.

Bijarim Forest, the ancient forest, was the main reason I visited Jeju this time. There's something about the unique scent of the nutmeg trees that clears away all my negative thoughts. Since this was a solo trip, I took my time walking through the forest, letting the thousand years of history sink in. The light rain added its own charm, though I couldn’t walk barefoot because of it, which was a bit of a bummer. But I’m planning to walk barefoot in fall 2025! Bijarim, always sharing its fresh scent with everyone who visits. You have to go there!! Wait, no, it’s a place I want to keep all to myself :) -BOFF
