We celebrated a birthday at Hotpot Paradise, and it was an unforgettable experience. The calm, welcoming atmosphere was perfect for a cozy dinner with loved ones. The selection of halal, fresh, high-quality meats—especially the beef and lamb—was exceptional. The seafood was equally impressive, with delicious salmon, shrimp, and crab that elevated the meal. Every bite was worth every dollar. A special thanks to Shawn and team, whose attentive and friendly service made our evening even more memorable. Hotpot Paradise is not just a dining spot but an excellent option to celebrate memorable events. Highly recommended!
We used to always dine at the Toa Payoh outlet, but now that it’s closed and our cravings have only grown stronger, we decided to head to the Yishun branch instead. We were so happy to be warmly welcomed and served by two lovely Malay ladies—they were incredibly helpful and attentive. The food was as delicious as always, but what stood out the most for me was the Thai milk tea—absolutely my favourite! The premium sets are definitely worth the price. Highly recommended! The place was clean, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
We had a pleasant experience dining in big group of 14 pax, which we were served by Raf at Home Team NS Khatib outlet. Very proactive in asking for top up of food, explaining the menu in details and providing payment guidelines which we really appreciate and also provide a complimentary red velvet cake for our birthday queen. Thank you so much! We had a great family time!
Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were super friendly—we originally came for the birthday promo, but the staff recommended even better options and even surprised us with a sweet gesture. The drop-off point right in front of the restaurant was really convenient, especially for those with mobility difficulties. We went on a weekday, so it was pleasantly quiet and peaceful. The tom yum soup base was especially delicious! Would love to see a wider variety of desserts in the future. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing hotpot meal.
