10Dec2025 This is our first time here. It was not crowded being a weekday. After ordering, the food came pretty fast. We did not order much. After finishing the food, we felt thirsty so we ordered a bottle of Dasani water. This time, it did not come as fast. We wondered why this was so as there was no special preparation to bring a bottle of water and a cup of ice. At first, we asked a waiter. He said okay he would check. 10 minutes later, no water came. I asked the waiter again and said I would just take it myself. It was then the water was just being taken out by another waiter. Maybe they have a system when the food is ordered via Tabsquare but I feel there can be a more efficient system? Overall the food is good😀😀😀😀😀😀
Love the atmosphere & the friendly staff. The staff tries to make my daughter feel comfortable during her eating time. & the kimchi’s spicy, so nice! Thank you!
Evan made our experience eating here a nice one. Playing and entertaining our kids while working at the same time. The food is also great.
Seoul Garden Hotpot: A Hearty & Customizable Feast at Changi City Point! If you’re looking for a warm, comforting meal after a long day of shopping or work at Changi City Point, Seoul Garden Hotpot is a fantastic choice. It’s a great spot for groups with different cravings, offering a cozy atmosphere and a menu full of bubbling, flavourful goodness. We went all out with the variety for this dinner: * Braised Beef & Braised Chicken Hotpots: We ordered both, and they were truly great. The broths were rich, savoury, and aromatic, arriving at the table piping hot. The beef was tender, while the chicken absorbed the braised flavours beautifully. We also tried the Pancakes. They were okay—a decent companion to the meal, though they didn't quite steal the spotlight like the main dishes did. The Bibimbap was actually my favorite of the night. It arrived beautifully presented with a vibrant array of fresh vegetables—crunchy bean sprouts, savory seaweed, and tangy kimchi—all topped with a perfectly cooked egg. When mixed with the signature gochujang sauce, it became a balanced, satisfying bowl of textures that hit all the right notes. The service at the Changi City Point outlet was prompt and efficient. Even with a decent crowd, our food arrived shortly after ordering. The staff were attentive, ensuring our hotpots were simmering away perfectly and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable meal. Whether you're a fan of the soul-soothing warmth of a braised hotpot or the crunchy, mixed delights of a Bibimbap, this place is highly recommended!
Andy is a courteous manager who will recommend the best deals and cuisine, however the malay girl serving the food is super rude and impatient, and she even grumbled on her way from our table. Basic courtesy is the most important aspect, especially when serving food. We asked what was served, as we do not want to consume our colleague's food, and we even asked nicely. Coming frm an F&B background myself, there is still room for improvement especially for staff. Kudos to Andy though, you saved the day.
