The best pizzas and pasta on the Gold Coast! The flaming wheele pasta with truffle is amazing. The waiters were excellent and the atmosphere between workers and customers was very good. Sonia in particular attended us very well and made very good recommendations. A success this restaurant

We dined at salt meats cheese on a Friday evening after being recommended the establishment from a colleague. The food was delicious; we ordered the burrata in pizza dough with pistachio crumb and prosciutto for entree. Oh my goodness I felt like I was in burrata heaven! The balance of salt and creaminess from the cheese was divine! I could have sat down to that as the meal and been very content! We followed that with a prosciutto pizza, also delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive. I felt as though such yummy food needed a different atmosphere the restaurant itself is in a strange location. Away for the chaos of Cavill ave but still a weird vibe. Overall I’d definitely go back and maybe try and save room for desert!

Anna was fantastic from the very first moment! When we called to make a reservation, she was incredibly kind and made us feel immediately welcome. During the service, she was professional, always smiling, and very attentive to every detail. She managed our table with great efficiency, ensuring everything was perfect. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious, and her positive energy made the experience even more special. Definitely one of the best waitresses I’ve ever met. Highly recommended!
