If you're looking for a perfect spot to unwind after work, Roots of India in Andheri East, Marol is a hidden gem worth discovering. The ambience is inviting and ideal for relaxing with loved ones. We started our evening with refreshing mocktails, the Heaven Love and Caprice, both of which were not only delightful to taste but also uniquely presented. For starters, we tried the Tandoori Lollipop and Mutton Seekh. The Tandoori Lollipop was crunchy and well-cooked, while the Mutton Seekh was exceptionally flavorful. Moving on to the main course, we were recommended the Nasi Goreng Chicken Rice, which was beautifully presented and enjoyed by everyone at the table. We also ordered the Lagan Wali Murgh with Kulcha and Butter Naan, which complemented the meal perfectly. To end on a sweet note, we indulged in the mouthwatering Gulab Jamun. Overall, Roots of India offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food, refreshing drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem in Marol East!
Visited Roots of India for their #SulaBrunch, and it was a delightful experience! The unlimited Sula wine was a perfect touch to complement the wide array of appetizers. We tried paneer tikka, fish koliwada, garlic bread, chicken 65, mutton seekh, and chicken reshmi – each one delicious. The live counter was fun, especially the dahi puri and sev puri, which were made fresh and flavorful. Chef Nilesh's hospitality added a personal touch to the meal, and the rest of the staff was equally attentive. The ambiance was warm and inviting, ideal for a relaxed weekend brunch. All this for just ₹1599 is an absolute steal. Highly recommend it for a satisfying feast!
One of the best restaurant with Indian and some Asian cuisine. They have variety of cocktails and drinks. Service and atmosphere is good. You can visit this restaurant with your friends and family.
Food was really good and even the mocktails were nice. We enjoyed both the Indian and Chinese cuisine. The tandoori chicken lollipops were quite good. We enjoyed the prawns tempura sushi too. The heaven mocktail is also quite nice
