This is my first visit to Kacang Pool Restaurant. I arrived around 7 p.m. after driving in from Kuala Lumpur, and parking was surprisingly easy, likely because it was a quieter time of day. The Kacang Pool Kambing truly stood out with its unique and flavorful taste. I also tried the Nasi Ambeng, which had an authentic and delicious flavor. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience and will definitely return for more.

Delicious and flavorful kacang pool! The rich, thick bean stew with minced meat, a perfectly fried egg, and toasted bread is absolutely satisfying. The taste is well-balanced with a mix of spices, a hint of sweetness, and a touch of lime for extra zing. Simple and casual dining atmosphere, but always packed—so expect a short wait. Fast service and affordable price make it worth it! Definitely a must-visit if you’re in JB. ✔️ Highly recommended!

Best kacang pool ever. Tasted other versions else where but doesn’t compare with this. Though my first time, won’t be my last time here. Yummy! However the timing needs to be right, peak hour can make you wait in queue for a seat. ?

I’ve been to this Restaurant more times than I can count…and for good reason. It’s one of the rare places where I can confidently say everything on the menu is delicious. But if I had to pick a personal favorite, it’s their lontong.. A dish I could eat every day and never tire of. Creamy, comforting, and packed with just the right amount of kick, it’s the kind of meal that stays on your mind long after the last bite. A true gem for lovers of authentic, soul-satisfying JOHOR food.
