This is a place that I've been looking forward to go to for a change of cuisine. For mi madre's birthday, we had Claypot satti sorru, squid varuval, chicken chettinad which is on the spicier side, the savoury chicken paretal and the must have claypot mutton masala...5 of us got 3 claypot satti soru. The biryani was so good I decided not to share with anyone... And we leave no gravy behind. If only we have roti... Will go again and repeat order plus pre-book the naan!!

Aboslutely divine food. Im really shocked as I have been to many many Indian restaurants in penang, but nothing can compare to this. We took many dishes, but the highlights for me were the thali meal and pepper prawn with cashew nut. For starters, the pepper prawn with cashews were so good!! Perfect mix of spicy and the cashews ads a nice nuttiness that isn't overpowering. The thali meal uses the high quality basmati rice,like the one people usually use for events.The veggies were very nice and the manager told me that the veggies are different everyday and there is specials on Saturday and Sunday. Speaking of the manager, he is a very kind man.He is very polite and responds to everything and explains about the food very well.Other servers are also very good and very fast with bringing out orders. The atmosphere is so cozy,feels so comfortable to eat Indian food in a nice air-conditioned space. Overall, this was a very satisfying experience.If you're looking for authentic homey-feeling south indian food , this is definitely the place.

It’s a banana leaf cafe with a mix of menu options, Naan bread have to preorder 24 hrs and so we decided to start with the deer meat masala and a few roti chapatis. The owner generously offered us some papadum along with a selection of dal and curries while we waited for the clay pot biryani topped with a fried egg. The air-conditioned atmosphere was a major plus for us and making the highlights of our visit.

Lovely staff asking if everything is ok and if we needed anything else. Food was delicious! And the lemon soda was amazing. Highly recommend will be coming back also they are on grab delivery which is great

Delicious underrated Indian Restaurant. Everything we ordered was yummy! We got their chicken 65 set, chicken paretal set, tenggiri fish set, gobi 65, chicken chettinad & a prawn dish. Love the set meals. All the dishes were served hot & fresh with good quality, portion & taste. Drinks were refreshing too. Do not hesitate to try out this place for some really good indian food. We would definitely return. Restaurant has 2 floors seating. Down & upstairs. Was crowded during lunch hour. Service was fast & friendly. Clean restaurant.
