433 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand
Wow! Not a big dining venue, great location on Dominion Road, reasonable menu prices. You can tell this is a authentic Indonesian restaurant once you open the door. Not a complicated menu, signature dishes are with pictures so you know what are those. My first time here, leaving me with exceptional impression, the food is amazing, particularly the beef soup, I feel happy I ordered it. Indonesian cold drinks and the dessert are sweet and delicious ? I'm so gonna come back again!
An unassuming little place that is packed with surprises. This is the first time we visited and wow! The flavours of the dishes are just unbelievable; nothing we have tasted before. They got the sweet, the spicy, the sour, the umami. We ordered the Iga Bakar Sambal Mangga and the Pesmol Ikan. Both cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. Will definitely return to try other dishes❤️
Recently enjoyed our third visit to an Indonesian restaurant with family, and it didn’t disappoint! We tried the Iga Bakar Sambal Manga, featuring tender beef ribs with mango chunks and a sweet-tangy twist, the classic Mie Goreng with chicken, and the chef’s special fried chicken dipped in soy honey sauce. The chicken came with unique sides like shredded coconut, lemongrass crackers, and pickles, recommended by the friendly owner. The warm service and free mint toffees at the end made it a memorable experience. Delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere—we can’t wait to return.
This is my first time trying Indonesian food. It tastes really pleasant and clean.
Authentic indon food. Deco brings the indon vibe. Crispy catfish but need a little salt to enhance the flavour. Great chicken bakar. Love the sambal belacan.
