I had a delightful experience at one of the standout ramen establishments in Japan. The soup base was flavorful, and the wagyu beef was tender and wonderfully prepared. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant is quite small and somewhat tucked away, which might affect comfort levels. Nevertheless, the quality of the food makes it a visit worth considering.
Tvis place was near out hotel in Skinjuki, so we wanted to try it. Apperently it is on basement level. When we came there was a que and closet door, small and popular place (15-20 sitting spots but very close sitting). When someone leaves the waiter gets out and call a name and get insite with them. We did not understand it at first, we thought it was standing in que that was inportant but you just need to get your name on waiters list, so them after us did write there name before us. We get in and then waiter did not get to the table until the other waiter saw it. So thats why bot full stars on service. But they was very nice and where they all did say something on japenese when someone leaves. We did order 3 pieces wagyu pieces ramen and my wife 3 pieces chicken ramen. It tasted good but i think the wagyu could be more tender to the prices. My wife did not like skin wrapped on the chicken. I will still recommend this place but be aware of a lot of waiting. Think in total we did wait more than 1 hour.
The Ramen is sooooo delicious and halal so the best of both worlds. I had the chicken ramen set and the side dishes were exquisite ?. Even if you are not a muslim you will enjoy the ramen and the staff is wonderful and all of them are really good in english. 10/10 would come again definitely, pinned in my maps so I never lose it ?. Enjoy! P. S. Its in the building in the basement turn right when you get down there I almost missed it!
we ordered the chicken ramen and everything was good. the service was top-notched and everyone was accommodating. they also have a prayer room. i just think that it's a bit pricier but since rather hard to import halal products i think the price suffices. highly recommend. ps if you order the chicken one i recommend to add the chili sauce they have on the table, it'll elevate the ramen more.
Excellent! This spot is definitely worth a visit. The ramen is flavorful (red has the perfect heat), the wagyu is tender and tasty, the noodles have the perfect bite and the staff are very friendly and speak many languages making it a very comfortable atmosphere for foreigners! Highly recommend that you give it a try! Forgive the photos, I was too hungry to wait ?
