This place is impeccable, where do I even begin? From the service to the food and the atmosphere, nothing is left to chance. All servers are very attentive, the manager comes up to you to ask whether you are happy with the service. Food? Really good portions, I mean this is nothing short of excellence. Almost offensively Italian with their food and choices. Slight Indonesian choices for those who are looking for comfort food. Honestly, I might just move here just for the food. That's how good it was! Trust me when I say if you haven't try it you must. Don't wait don't think, just book one table right away.

Great interior design. Risotto and pasta was good. Hojicha latte abit too sweet. Mushroom soup not very good.

Been to Batam a number of times and this is indeed the best Italian restaurant in the town. Pizza is much better than their pasta, worth trying ?

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. Salim and others were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our visit special. Their attention to detail—from checking in at just the right times to remembering small preferences—truly elevated the whole experience. The singer at the restaurant was also amazing—great voice and a fantastic stage presence. The song selection was spot on, with a good mix that suited the vibe perfectly. Really added to the overall dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, a comfortable setting, and top-notch service. Will definitely be coming again.

Had my birthday dinner at Picolla and honestly, it was such a great experience! ? The food was absolutely delicious — every dish exceeded expectations. However, the AC was a bit warm and could’ve been cooler. this gonna be the critic from me and also i would like to highlight about the service, what a really stood out was the thoughtful service, the team surprised me with a birthday treat (icecream) without anyone even requesting it! ? Such a sweet and unexpected gesture. Huge thanks to the Picolla team for making my night extra special.
