Great service by the friendly staff. Decent amount of selections (of course Asian food available). But the food tasted average (5/10). Use your travel credit card FOC. Absolutely not worth paying. A lot of seats available though sometimes can be crowded and difficult to find vacancy. Toilet and shower room can be difficult to get (need to request from the Staff). The staff might be helpful but difficult to find assistance sometimes.

Great service by bartender Eng over there, good recommendation for what should we try. Overall environment very quiet and clean. Good place to rest as well.

Overall had a good experience. The shower time was short (30 min) but the showers were spacious and they provided a good towel with some basic amenities (tooth brush, comb, hairdryer) The lounge itself is comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and worked diligently to keep the place clean. Was busy during dinner rush but not too crowded. Food was ok. They had 3 a la carte menu items, side dishes, small salad bar, dessert, soda fridge, coffee machine, juice, apples and loaves of bread with butter and jam. Bar was not included with the price. Negatives: Limited international ports to charge devices and no garbage cans. TL,DR: Good shower, decent food, comfy lounge. Would come again

It’s on level 2 . Actually quite a nice place to spend time before flight departs . Lounge has a sitting area facing the planes and the dining area is close to the food bar. They also have quite a few variety of cereals to go with milk . They have hot food freshly prepared such as laksa and chicken rice . They have sandwich condiments and you can make your own sandwich with tuna , ham , tomatoes etc . I tried the laksa , tasty but a bit sweet and watery .
