Only those who are born and brought up in colaba, can understand the vibe of this place. Love the food, taste and specially the Tea. All time favourite tea, with a smoke is what goes the best. All class of people are welcomed in this place. The most amazing experience it was when i used to smoke with the tea, when i used to stay near this place. Its a bit difficult to park cars, but yes bikes can be adjusted along the street here and there to park. Thought Persian in the name has nothing to do with the persian food out delivered out here.

It seemed bit shady from far but once near the entrance it was pretty clean and nice. The service was really good and the waiters were super friendly. I really liked the vibe of the place and the posters they had put up. Kheema Pav, custard and mutton seekh kebab was good but it felt bit under seasoned for me that’s where I would reduce a star for food. Other than that the place is amazing and would definitely recommend

Great tea and comfort food for your sunday morning. Do try their strong Sulaimani tea with bun muska. Even though the place is small and food options are limited for breakfast, the place gives you an old school vibe. The place is in the middle of SOBO and getting a parking was the only pain. No ramp for wheelchair.

Happened to stumble upon this place randomly as I walked and stopped for a chai. It was a pleasant surprise and one of the best chai’s I have ever had. I also recommend the chicken keema, chicken sheekh and cheese toast. Also the place has quaint 80’s vibes and friendly staff. Only drawback is that it was closed the next day when I went there again :(
