I had a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette, all thanks to Store Manager AL! The service was absolutely top-notch — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. AL was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was the speedy service without compromising friendliness or quality. You can truly feel the passion and professionalism in the way the team is managed. It made my visit such a pleasant one, and I left with a smile (and delicious drinks & pastries!). My friend and I went during the time it was not busy, the store manager named Al, was really helpful and assisted my friend and myself to a drink that we had difficulty choosing. He was really patient and allowed my friend and I some time before proceeding to recommending us the drink that best suit what we initially felt like having. In my opinion, the staff that was serving me was very patient and thorough in making sure i was able to make the right choice. Store was always kept clean and genuinely felt really comfortable at this particular outlet. Overall, i would definitely come back to this outlet for my next Paris Baguette run. Good job team.

I visited Paris Baguette @ Paya Lebar for the first time after it became Halal certified, and it was a pleasant experience. I ordered the iced caramel latte and a hot café latte — both tasted great and were well-balanced, not too sweet. The coffee quality was impressive. There is a wide variety of cakes and pastries to choose from, making it hard to decide what to try next. The seating is comfortable, and I would recommend coming during off-peak hours for a more relaxed and enjoyable visit. Overall, a great spot for coffee and pastries. I’ll definitely be back again!
