Had lunch here recently.
Ordered the set with rice and indomie.
Staff at the cashier point was pleasant and polite.
Food was quite bland even after adding soya Doesn't have any flavour.

The chicken satay set was disappointing.
The chicken looked so pale and unappetizing.
We don't think it was grilled over an open fire as satay should be.

Will look for alternative places going forward.

What happen to Papa Ayam? Closing shop or staff doesn’t pay attention to detail anymore?

I asked for Level 1 spicy level, and we received level what? See the amount of chili padi in photo.

I already have no mood to eat too spicy, and you still give me spicy ones.

Ordered many times and service getting poorer and poorer. At times chicken overcooked like eating a rubber.

Dear Papa Ayam owner, this is where you are very wrong. Instead of asking me what order I bought, you assumed from photo you know what you saw.

I can prove you my grab receipt I selected Trio Sambal which I can select level of spiciness, I have been eating the same thing since day one I know Papa Ayam store.

Don’t ask me to text you in private number. Just fix your staff service please. Last 2 weeks I went to your store physically bought a couple order. While waiting, I observe preparation quality.

Your staff wanted to serve a dine in customer where a fly landed on the food. I confronted your staff that there was a fly landed on the food it and he shouldn’t serve it. Only then he discard the contaminated food. He saw it and he didn’t bother about it until I said so.

Fly leads to contamination risk. What about that?

I had a wonderful experience with Ms Ina. Her service was exceptional—attentive as she was concerned that I order the most spicier level so she suggests me to reduce spicy level,  professional, and warm. I don’t think I’ll be patronizing this outlet again. I saw a cockroach nymph repeatedly scurrying around on the board, which made me lose my appetite. The sign of one roach means that there’s an entire nest somewhere there. Find it very unhygienic and don’t wish to come back.

Tried it for the 1st time, to find out why there’s always a queue at this place, and we were not disappointed. Most menu items are under $9, and you get freshly prepped warm comfort food.

We ordered Ayam Geprek Original and a side order of crispy fried chicken skin (sinfully good) and cheese dip. The meal was perfect, I don’t know how else to put it.

One thing you should note is that they have a spiciness scale for the sambal chili from 1-15, one being non-spicy. Don’t be fooled, I ordered #2, which was plenty spicy. More than I could handle; coming from someone who’s not a fan of spicy food but occasionally enjoys a bit of a mild spice. I could just image what sort of culinary incineration #15 would be ;)

Would definitely go back here.
