First time coming here. My favorite dish was the ikan goreng, though I couldn’t remember its exact name. It came with a sambal yang sedappp for dipping. The lady who took our order was incredibly patient, and I absolutely loved the service and the overall vibe. There were so many dishes to choose from! Will come againnn xoxo

The ambiance is really nice—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect place to chill and makan with family or friends. Plus, they offer free valet parking, which is a big bonus especially in Damansara!

The staff are so friendly and helpful and they can recommend the right portion to order.

Everything was flavourful, authentic, and well-cooked. Feels like home-cooked Padang food but with a nice restaurant touch. Definitely coming back!

When I visited, it was full of diners, which made for a lively atmosphere.

The place was clean and well-organized.

I tried a few dishes:

Nasi Putih
Rendang Daging
Daging Dendeng
Sayur Bayam Labu Masak Lemak
Talapia Goreng
Bergedil and Ayam Kalio.

The food was okay, but I expected more flavor.

The Rendang Daging was tender but not very rich in taste.

The Daging Dendeng had a nice flavor but could use a bit more seasoning.

The Sayur Bayam Labu Masak Lemak was comforting but not very special.

The Talapia Goreng was crispy and well-cooked, but it felt ordinary.

The Bergedil was tasty, but overall, the food was just alright.

Drinks

I ordered Sirap Ais and Alpukat. The Sirap Ais was sweet and refreshing, which was nice with the meal. The Alpukat drink was creamy but didn’t have much flavor.

Service and Parking

The service was quick, which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One of the best things about this restaurant is the free valet parking. It’s hard to find parking in the area, so this is a big plus.

Overall, Padangs On Wheels is a decent place to eat if you want a quick meal in a fun setting.

Went here for buka puasa w a group of 10 friends and 4 kids. Booking process was really smooth and clear which i appreciate.

Venue wise, not suitable fr large groups. Hard to get in and out of your seats. It was also quite hot despite the aircon turned on bcs the main door was kept open. Restaurant is small so quite uncomfortable when everyone is queuing for food etc.

The surau provided is a khemah in front of the store. Very uncomfortable for the ladies. Kudos for the free valet service though.

Food wise, just okay. Got a variety of food but after a while all taste the same. Really like their maggi and kueyteow goreng though. Very hard to reach some of the lauk placed on the display.

Will i return? For ramadan buffet no. Maybe on normal days

The place is alright for a decent nasi padang but perhaps not for a real taste of nasi padang. Prices are a bit too steep but the place ain't Padang jawa so the daging dendeng berlado must have incorporated rental for Damansara utama. A family of Chinese comprising at least 12 pax took a stretch of table just to have nasi lemak instead of nasi padang. What? Nasi Padang here is not good for you guys?
