Why should I eat this burger? Since this restaurant has different themes every week, I mainly eat burgers on Wednesday, and the price is attractive ? buy one get one free, the restaurant also has a lot of vegetarian food, which is suitable for my weekdays with more vegetables and less meat , and it’s perfect for friends who like to eat vegetarian burgers. The 2 burgers taste great! using Australian Angus beef patties and homemade mashed sauce, which was very flavorful and the gravy was very juicy. Another is homemade pumpkin & rolled oats patty, delicious ??

I ordered a 2-course set and a glass of Prosecco. This large bowl of kale super salad is great and very fresh. The kale has a slight bitter taste, but it can be perfectly integrated with other ingredients to bring a unique taste. The salad has roasted small tomatoes, crispy bacon grains and bread grains, with salad oil and Parmesan cheese powder, which adds a rich milky fragrance and salty taste, making every bite full of layers. Feel the perfect balance of freshness and richness, which is both healthy and delicious. SALMON TAGLIATELLE PESTO PASTA ：This dish is made of fresh chopped salmon as the main ingredient, with handmade lasagna, green sauce, Greek cheese and tender green spinach. Each noodle has a rich aroma and a chewy taste. When some roasted lemon juice is fully integrated with the slightly sour juice and the ingredients, you can feel the rich but refreshing taste in every bite, which is really unforgettable. The restaurant is full of space, with bar seats and semi-open-air seats. The waiter is polite. It should be more romantic to have dinner.

We walked by and saw a Wednesday burger but one get one free offer so we decided to try it out. 1️⃣Vegan Supreme Burger $168 One of the best vegan burger I have ever eaten! As good as expected. We had tasty Burgers. Unfortunately there was only one free table when we came in, but I have to admit we did not have a reservation. Modern Burger Bar Ambiance. Happy to come again.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday today at Orka, and it was a delightful experience. This is my second visit to the restaurant, with the first being two years ago when I dined with clients. For brunch, I ordered the spiced fries as a starter followed by the salmon steak as the main course. The flavors were just as satisfying as I remembered from my first visit. The dessert was of excellent quality, and I was touched by the staff's gesture of wishing my friend a happy birthday with a warm and friendly welcome. I was particularly impressed by the variety of vegetarian options on the menu (It’s not easy to find veggie options in HK..) The quality is still banging and it is staying on my “must visit again” list!
