Had a very great experience here at One Harbour Road. The restaurant felt grand with its beautiful architecture, high ceilings, and large windows that overlooked the harbour. The staff provided professional and attentive service, ensuring our dishes arrived promptly. The food was delicious, particularly the duck.

Incredible, grand hotel with an amazing view. We went as on the Michelin guide and it was recommended for dim sum, however we tried the tasting menu for our first time there. The tasting menu was good, definitely very filling and it comes with two glass of champagne. Our favorite dishes were the shrimp dumpling in the lobster broth and the pudding. Would probably go back only for dim sum. Atmosphere was sophisticated yet relaxed and service was nice and attentive.

A delayed but worthwhile share. We enjoyed a delightful dinner set around Chinese New Year period. While not a steal, the pricing was fair considering the prime location, quality of food, and service. The roasted pork with its semi-fatty texture was delicious and the soup arrived steaming hot. The chicken was juicy and tender, although the firmer variety of fish would have been more preferable as the current option was slightly underwhelming. Nevertheless, the experience was satisfactory overall, with attentive service even though we were seated at the far end of the restaurant.

One of the best high end Chinese restaurants in HK with the whole harbor view and in the heart of the city when you visit. Too bad nowadays all restaurants in HK don’t use real tea leafs but just tea bags.

We booked months in advance to experience dim sum at this restaurant on a Saturday noon. Two standout factors made this dining experience special: the elegant, sophisticated ambience and exceptional food fit for royalty. The modern decor, complete with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering spectacular harbor views, was opulent and reminiscent of a European fine dining establishment. Even the restroom had a lovely view! Although the restaurant has two levels, some areas may not have the same stunning views. One minor drawback was the occasional high noise level and lack of oriental touches. The table service was reasonable, but the tea pot design could be improved to prevent spillage. Importantly, every dim sum dish, including desserts, was delicious. Highlights included the fluffy, warm char siu bao with thin skin and generous fillings, as well as other steamed and fried dim sums. We also enjoyed the dumpling soup, scallop rice rolls, and special steamed dumplings. The desserts were a lovely conclusion to the meal.
