This place is a shack next to a house- very rustic with okd world feel and very simple decor- nothing fancy. My first time trying Lontong and sambal( asked for it separate) and cendol. we also ordered nasi lemak with ayam rendang. The flavours are well mixed and not overpowering. Food is not expensive. service is quick and friendly.
Will recommend this place, A place that keeps the original taste of nyonya cooking. Which is keeps the authentic recipes by using fresh spices and ingredients. No fancy interior, but the classic.
Nice home-cooked Nyonya food. Fast service. Nice atmosphere aka kampung house. Food is tasty and delicious. Their mee siam, kueh teow, mee goreng, lontong, nasi lemak, nyonya laksa…all must try! ???. Price: Reasonable Polite staffs and we will be back for more!
Nyonya Delight in Malacca is truly a hidden gem and I mean that literally! It’s tucked away by the side of the road, and finding parking can be a bit of a challenge. But trust me, once you step inside and have your first bite, you’ll know it was totally worth it. The place gives off a warm, humble, almost nostalgic vibe, like you're stepping into someone’s home. And the food? Absolutely authentic. It genuinely felt like a lovingly prepared home-cooked meal. We ended up ordering quite a few dishes (as you can see!), and everything from the laksa to the lontong and desserts was spot-on. Let me just say: their Nyonya laksa was one of the best I've had; rich, flavourful, with just the right kick. Honestly, I dare say it beats many versions I’ve tried in other states. (Okay, don't come for me, but aunty’s cooking here was next level!) I’ve never been a fan of Nyonya lontong, but this one really surprised me. The flavours were well-balanced, and even the textures of the vegetables and rice cake were done just right. The desserts were also a highlight, sweet, comforting, and the perfect end to the meal. And the best part? Everything came up to only RM 54+; incredible value for the quality and variety. Plus, they have snacks you can buy on your way out, which makes it even more worth the trip. Highly recommend making your way here if you're in Malacca. It may be a little hard to find, but once you do, it’s a delicious discovery you won’t forget. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
