Visited Luk Yu Tea House at Starhill KL for their dim sum promo, and it’s absolutely worth it! The buy 1 free 1 deal is a fantastic offer—originally RM20 per basket, but now you get 2 baskets for just RM20. The 虾饺 (prawn dumplings) and 带子饺 (scallop dumplings) are a must-try! Both were generously sized, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The quality of the dim sum is top-notch, and it’s clear they use premium ingredients. The ambiance is elegant and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. Plus, the service was impressive—our food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, which was great.( we came at 11.30am) Highly recommended for dim sum lovers, especially with this amazing deal. I’ll definitely be coming back for the deal!

Pork free Dim Sum, freshly steamed or deep fried upon ordering. Generally, it was all good for 'buy 1 free 1' Dim Sum promotion. The promotion is only valid for page 1 selection in the menu. All other items are normal price. The promotion is valid whole day for tea time and dinner too. The tea was RM20/pot instead of per pax. All the ingredients tasted ok, bouncy prawn, juicy chicken char siew in deep fried yam dumplings and steamed bun, chicken siew mai. To me the prawn dumpling's skin (har gao), Cheung Fun'skin were too thick, and the spinach prawn dumplings were over seasoning with salt. And the dry ?️ sauce and the sweet sauce not the one that I like most.

Amazing no pork no lard dim sum restaurant. Despite of being very exclusive and in the private basement of Starhill Gallery, prices are still very reasonable Dim sum is fresh fresh!!! Steam upon ordering unlike other restaurant. Very finely made even better than Hong Kong although Luk Yu originates from HK So happy they brought back Crispy chicken instead of the dreaded spring chicken. Crispy French bean with salt and milled sarawak pepper is a MUST order at Rm 15 only!! The best no pork no lard restaurant in price quality ratio within a radius of 50 km Jeannie Candy and Mary are the gem of the restaurant. Even the Bangladeshi workers are so well trained they ran towards you when u ask for service. A 5 star restaurant without breaking the bank

@thestarhilldining [pork free] ?Luk Yu Tea House @thestarhilldining serves dim sum and Cantonese classics. Is an all day dining, complemented by stylish Chinoiserie-inspired interior in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. A cosy, pleasant place for gatherings sipping over some fine selection of teas from Taiwan and China.? ?I enjoyed the Steamed Crystal Prawn Dumplings with firm, stretchy wrapper and bouncy prawns within. ?Steamed Prawn and Spinach Dumplings a good combo too. ?Luscious Steamed Scallop and Prawn Dumplings. ?Crispy Lychee Prawn Ball has a lot of filling. ?Wok-fried Radish Cake with Egg and Bean Sprouts is commendable with moderate firmness, aromatic, and non greasy. ?Even though chicken is used instead of pork in the Steamed BBQ Chicken Baos, the umami flavours shine so as the fluffy bao. ?Last but not least, you gotta order the oozy gooey Steamed Bao with Golden Custard filling.

Flat noodles was cooked just right
