No. 17號, Lane 116, Section 1, Da'an Rd, Da’an District, Taipei City, Taiwan 106
Vegetarian cafe selling fusion western food. Ordered signature set for 2. Sauerkraut dumplings, Mexican grilled corn, little tree lasagna, ratatouille risotto. Ratatouille risotto was the standout, the flavor and nuts on top worked surprisingly well. Earle grey chiffon cake was delicious too. Topped up to get Avocado mung bean shake and tropic karma drinks, which are decent.
I go to have a meal with 2 friends, and we order a set for 4 people. The food is very tasty, especially the cake, it is fantastic. I like all the dishes. The price should be 600-800 normally I believe.
Very nice and clean plate with fusion food. A good variety of delicious dishes. Unfortunately I was not super impressed with the 2 dishes I chose. They're good, but nothing special. Still had a wonderful experience nonetheless. Ordering by QR code with an English menu was very helpful for a tourist like me. I would come back just to try their other dishes.
Travel Cafe Eat Drink - Malaysia & Asia Little Tree Food (Da'an) 小小樹食 大安店 which won a few Michelin awards over the years serves very good food and desserts. Located in a small lane just across Spgo mall. Reservation is recomended as this place is usually fully booked.
I have been to this restaurant at other locations. They are always inside malls. This is the first time I have been to this location and the first one I have seen not inside a mall. The restaurant is bright and modern. I made a reservation online at 5:15pm for 6pm dinner on the same day without any issues(Tuesday). You scan a QR code to view menu and order. This is a vegetarian restaurant with limited vegan options. Most of the dishes contain egg or dairy. The menu is clearly labeled in both English and Chinese. There are two of us. Both of us order signature set menu for one. Each set comes with avocado tomato salad (half order), a bowl of tomato vegetable soup, and an entree. We both selected Thai styled Buddha bowl which is additional $50. Every dish is clean and tasty. Food is not oily and not overly seasoned. We don’t feel thirsty after the meal which is often the case after we finish meals at other restaurants. The service is friendly. Food comes out fast. Each time when we are done with our food, the empty plates or bowls are removed right away. The only complaint we have is the water tastes funny. It tastes and smells like fish. Highly recommend this restaurant at this location. Will be back again soon
