We googled authentic Sri Lankan food and this place came up near the top of the list. We were not disappointed at all! The rice and curry was amazing, with 6 different types of vegetable curry bursting with flavour. They don't have a menu, you just order chicken or vegetarian. I've included the bill to show people the price which by tourist standards is quite high for rice and curry but we shared it between two of us and it was more than enough and we were very satisfied with our meal ? would definitely come here again!

Loved this small restaurant in a residential neighborhood. Had the vegetarian meal and everything was cooked fresh and so good! Very chill and feels like you’re eating at a friend’s house! Definitely visit!

We had very pleasant dinner here, it felt like eating at our mother’s place. Very friendly staff and delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a delicious local food.

Dinner was really delicious here, the rice and curry was so colorful and flavorful with so many varieties of curries. The restaurant was able to prepare a vegan curry. After dinner here I spent two nights at the guest house which was very nice as well, there is another review on the Guest house page. Definitely come here for dinner, and stay the night!

A quite eatery in a quiet area of Sri Lanka, but with fantastic food for a great price. The lad who served us was charming and attentive and the small garden kept us entertained watching the wildlife. Worth a visit
