CHABARA 内, 8-2 Kanda Neribeicho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 101-0022, Japan
Lovely little restaurant just under Akihabara station! After sitting here for a while, the sound of the subway cars going by becomes a nice ambiance. The staff were friendly and kind, and the service was very fast! I know I was one of the only people there at the time, but I was still impressed with how fast my food was ready. It was delicious! ??
Very quiet cafe. They don’t play music and people eat their meals in peace. There is a private room for larger groups. And the meals are set ranging from Kaarage to curry to wheat gluten meals. Each come with pickles and small side dishes and look very appealing. They also have a desert menu and offer teas and coffee. It’s a good respite from the hustle and bustle outside. They sell artisanal soy sauces and products as does the store next to it. I’d come back if I was in the area. The store door specialize in regional artisinal food items that’s also worth a walk through .
The best little vegan restaurant in Akihabara! We were so excited to find it and the food, service, and atmosphere were perfect. Treat yourself to one of the bigger meal sets. Such a treat for vegans and vegetarians.
We didn't have high expectations when we arrived, but we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. We ordered two meals, and the pricing felt very reasonable given the generous portions, high quality, and delicious flavors. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and respectful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Soft background music created a relaxed vibe, and the space itself was minimalistic, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We were especially impressed by the presentation of the dishes-the attention to detail really stood out. If there's room for improvement, we'd suggest adding a small Japanese dessert to complement the meal and perhaps incorporating some greenery into the dining area to enhance the ambiance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would be delighted to return for another lovely lunch experience.
A nice small traditional Japanese vegan restaurant near an underground station. It’s located inside a local mall/marketplace with lots of products from various prefectures for you to shop while waiting for the table or after the meal. The food was delicious and not too oily. Highly recommend this place, it’s cosy and quiet, but be prepared to wait since they have 4-5 tables for 2 people and 1 table for 4-6 people. 4.5 stars due to serving of incorrect rice (I ordered the fermented rice but received the normal one).
